What is the minimum rental duration?

What payment options are available?
You can pay either by bank transfer, credit card, or debit card.
When do I pay for my apartment?
You will transfer the first month’s rent before your arrival. After this initial payment, rent payments will be made monthly.
Do I need to pay a security deposit?
At The Residences-Boardinghouse, a security deposit of €1,000 is required. This deposit is intended to cover any damages or additional costs and is typically refunded upon the proper return of the apartment.
What are the general cancellation policies?
For bookings of one month (28 days) or more, there is no refund of the first month’s rent if canceled within 30 days of arrival. This policy helps us avoid vacancies. Additionally, a fixed-term lease agreement is created with tenants. This agreement cannot be canceled during the stay, and tenants are obligated to pay for the agreed- upon duration.

Am I allowed to bring my pet?
Pets are not allowed in our apartments.

You have the option to park for free in the general parking areas outside our apartment building.
